☐ Letter of Authorization (LoA) — Must include a valid local Swedish address; the signature must be a wet signature (no electronic signatures)
☐ Local TAX ID / VAT — Must be exactly 12 characters in length
☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent billing documentation from current provider

Restrictions & Special Conditions

Wet Signature Required

The LoA must bear a wet (handwritten) signature. Electronic or digital signatures are not accepted for Swedish port requests.

Local Address Mandatory

A local Swedish address is required on the LoA for all number types. Port requests without a valid local address will not be processed.

TAX ID Format

The Swedish TAX ID / VAT number must be exactly 12 characters. Ensure the correct format before submission to avoid rejection.
