• ☐ Letter of Authorization (LOA) — Downloadable template, must be downloaded and completed
• ☐ National address — A valid address within the territory (mandatory)
• ☐ Latest invoice — Current billing documentation from the existing provider

Restrictions & Special Conditions

• Martinique is a French overseas territory, so porting follows French-influenced telecommunications regulations
• Related porting guides exist for other French overseas territories: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint Barth, and Saint Martin
