Local & Toll-Free Numbers

• ☐ Letter of Authorization (LoA) — Romania-specific porting form (downloadable PDF template)
• ☐ Latest Invoice — Current billing documentation from the existing carrier
• ☐ Company Registration Certificate — Proof of business registration
• ☐ ID or Passport Copy — Government-issued identification of the authorized person
• ☐ VAT/TAX ID — Tax identification number for the account holder

Notes

• Both local and toll-free number types share the same set of required documents.
• A Romania-specific LoA form is available for download in PDF format.
• All five documents are required regardless of whether you are porting local or toll-free numbers.
