Required Documents
All Number Types (Local / National / Toll-Free)
- ☐ LOA (Letter of Authorization) — Contact support@blazesms.com for the Estonia-specific LOA template
- ☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent billing statement from the current carrier
- ☐ Company Registration Number or Personal Code — Company registration number for business accounts, or personal code for private/individual customers
Restrictions & Special Conditions
- Irreversible after FOC — Carefully review all port details before your port date is confirmed. After that point, cancellation is not an option.
- Reversal requires re-porting — If a port has already been executed and needs to be reversed, the number must be ported back to the original carrier through a new porting request.
Key Definitions
- FOC (Firm Order Confirmation) — The stage at which the losing carrier formally confirms the port request. Once confirmed, the port is locked in and will be executed on the scheduled date.
- Personal Code — Estonia's national identification number assigned to individuals, used as an identifier for private customer accounts.
Notes
- The LOA template is not available for direct download — you must email support@blazesms.com to receive it
- Estonia is notable for the strict no-cancellation policy after FOC — most countries allow some window for changes
- No specific porting timelines or rejection reasons are published for Estonia
- Business and individual accounts have different identification requirements (company registration number vs. personal code)
