Local Numbers

• ☐ Letter of Authorization (LOA) — Signed authorization to port. A downloadable template is provided.
• ☐ Greek TAX/VAT ID or Company Registration Number — Tax identification for the account holder or business registration number.
• ☐ ID / Passport Copy — Government-issued identification of the authorized person.
• ☐ Company Registration Certificate — Official corporate registration documentation.
• ☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent invoice from the current carrier. The numbers being ported must be indicated on the invoice.

• Greece has a relatively heavy documentation requirement compared to other European countries, requiring both personal ID and company registration.
