Required Documents

Local / National Numbers

• ☐ LOA (Letter of Authorization) — Local address is required on the LOA
• ☐ Account Number — Account number with the current provider
• ☐ ID / Passport Copy — Government-issued identification
• ☐ Company Registration Certificate — Business registration document
• ☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent invoice from the current provider
• ☐ Proof of Address — Document confirming the local address

Toll-Free Numbers

• ☐ LOA (Letter of Authorization) — Standard authorization letter
• ☐ Current Underlying Carrier's Name — Name of the carrier currently serving the number
• ☐ Porting History — Required if the number(s) were ported before; details of previous ports
• ☐ Account Number — Account number with the current provider
• ☐ Latest Invoice — Most recent invoice from the current provider

Restrictions & Special Conditions

• Local/National numbers require the LOA to include a local Austrian address — the address must be within Austria
• Toll-free ports require disclosure of the underlying carrier (not just the reseller), plus any previous porting history
• Local/National ports require six documents compared to five for toll-free, with proof of address and company registration being the additional requirements
