With Blaze SMS, you can create segments through our intuitive and AI powered Segment Builder, or you can simply use Shopify’s segment builder, and those segments will be synced with Blaze SMS.
When you create a segment in Shopify, Blaze will evaluate that segment, and determine which of those customers have opted in to receive SMS. Any customer who is a member of that segment, and has opted in to your Blaze SMS marketing program, will automatically be able to be targeted in a campaign blast.

The Segments page will list both your standard Segments, and Shopify Segments. For each Shopify Segment you will see a count for the number of “Shopify Customers” in this segment, and then you’ll see a count for the number of “Subscribed Members”. Subscribed members are those customers in the segment that have also opted into your SMS marketing program.

When drafting an SMS campaign, Blaze’s powerful campaign creator allows you to then target this Shopify Segment, and send a targeted blast of SMS messages specifically to that segment.
